Two wanted to retire, while the other wanted to build an even bigger enterprise, but not on his own — he wanted to leverage the resources of a larger company. To meet everyone’s goals, we identified the ideal strategic buyer and structured the deal so one shareholder could roll-over a meaningful equity stake and continue leading the business, while still realizing most of his value, and the others could exit smoothly.

A strategic buyer operating in the same space acquired both an experienced operator with skin in the game and added key regional market to their rapidly growing company.
